Registration terms and privacy policy
The following general registration terms apply to your registration with VeraSol Group (hereinafter referred to as "course"). VeraSol handles your personal data in accordance with GDPR.
If you are under 18 years old, you must have guardian permission and provide guardian personal information to register for a course.
VeraSol Group is responsible for all courses. Description of the current course, course fees, any additional fees or costs, payment terms, and any special conditions are shown in the course-specific information you receive in connection with your registration and in your registration confirmation.
When you register for a course, you will receive confirmation of your registration. Before the course starts, you will also receive a written invitation with location and times specified. Unless otherwise stated in the course information or your registration confirmation, an invoice will also be sent together with the invitation.
Payment of the course fee must be made in accordance with the terms stated in the course-specific information and in your registration confirmation. In case of non-payment or delayed payment, we reserve the right to charge fees and default interest according to law.
VeraSol Group reserves the right to change course leader, date, time, and location for the course if necessary. This will then be communicated to the affected customer by email. If we are forced to cancel a course before the course start, you always have the right to get back the course fee you have paid.
Taking photographs and video recordings in connection with VeraSol choir and all other courses is fully permitted. VeraSol Group reserves the right to use all forms of images and video recordings from all activities in connection with VeraSol choir and all other courses, on social media as well as advertising and newspapers. By registering for any of our courses, you consent to the above.
According to the law (2005:59) on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises, you have the opportunity to cancel your course registration within 14 days from the day we confirmed your registration (the withdrawal period).
If the course begins during the withdrawal period, we request that you give special consent for the course to start during the withdrawal period and that your right of withdrawal does not cover a completed course. Your course registration also means that you request that the course should start during the withdrawal period. This means that we have the right to retain a proportional part of the course fee corresponding to completed parts of the course.
If you want to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the withdrawal period expires. You can submit such notice by sending your cancellation to our customer service: info@verasol.se
If you cancel the course after the withdrawal period has expired but before the course start, you are entitled to a refund of the course fee less administrative costs that cannot be avoided despite the cancellation. This administrative fee is 10% of the course fee, but at least 100 SEK.
If you discontinue a started course, you are obliged to pay the entire course fee. If the reason for discontinuing the course is a permanent study impediment, such as illness, moving from the area, or other comparable reason that you could not foresee, the not yet utilized part of the course fee will be refunded.
Course materials are generally not included in the course fee. However, course materials (music/text/exercise files) for VeraSol choir are available to you as a participant in the current term free of charge. This means, for example, that you have full access to our digital folders with course materials as long as you are registered in the current or upcoming term.
We use personal data in accordance with GDPR. We collect and process your personal data to manage your course registration, send course information, issue invoices, and communicate with you about your course. Your data is stored securely and is never shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
You have the right to request access to your personal data, request correction of incorrect data, request deletion of your data, and object to the processing of your data. Contact us at info@verasol.se for questions about data processing.
